Mishlei 22:16 - The Bad Investments of Extorting the Poor and Giving to the Rich (Part 2)
עֹשֵׁק דָּל לְהַרְבּוֹת לוֹ, נֹתֵן לְעָשִׁיר אַךְ לְמַחְסוֹר:
This morning (9/20/22), in our morning Mishlei shiur, we revisited yesterday's pasuk. I worried that we wouldn't come up with anything, but we ended up arriving at three complete interpretations: one of our own, one based on Rashi, and one based on Ralbag. I'll add that if anyone is struggling with an uncontrollable taivah (desire/addiction), then I highly recommend listening to this shiur - or at least the last 20 minutes, where I delve into some of the best strategies I've learned for how to deal with the yetzer ha'ra in such situations.
