Mishlei 24:21-22 - Fear Hashem AND the King (Part 2)
(כא) יְרָא אֶת י"י בְּנִי וָמֶלֶךְ עִם שׁוֹנִים אַל תִּתְעָרָב.
(כב) כִּי פִתְאֹם יָקוּם אֵידָם וּפִיד שְׁנֵיהֶם מִי יוֹדֵעַ.

Synopsis: This morning (5/16/23), in our morning Mishlei shiur, we reviewed and refined yesterday's approach, and then we did something a little ... different. I can't tell whether it was just taking the practical application farther than usual, or whether we strayed into mental health territory, or religious existentialism, or what. I think it was a productive discussion, and I know that it enhanced MY understanding of the pasuk. We concluded by reading through the Meiri's unexpected derech nistar approach, but didn't have time to analyze it.
