Mishlei 14:4 - Dealing with Ox-Filth (Part 1)

בְּאֵין אֲלָפִים אֵבוּס בָּר וְרׇב תְּבוּאוֹת בְּכֹחַ שׁוֹר:

Length: 44 minutes
Synopsis: This morning (9/21/23), in our morning Mishlei shiur, we began learning a pasuk which - for better or for worse - I have learned and taught MANY times. Not only that, but I've even coined a phrased based on it which I regularly use. For this reason, I knew the challenge would be to learn the pasuk through fresh eyes and uncover new ideas. This morning we developed a couple new approaches, and then I shared my understanding, which still holds up. Tomorrow, we'll delve into the meforshim and try to find new insights.

If you'd like to read a written version of my take on this pasuk, it's one of the few I've written up for my substack. Click here for the article.
